Communicating for Change

We design communication that moves people to act.

The Consequences are Real

When communication falls short:

Critical messages fail to resonate or lead to action.

Activities are ad-hoc, un-coordinated and ineffective.

Trust breaks down across governments and communities.

Important insights and ideas remain stored on the shelf.

Resources are wasted and teams are deflated from lack of results.

We help you move from just sharing information to driving action, when it matters most.

Experience that drives impact.

I’m Kerri D. Cox, founder of Nudge & Narrative. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked with governments, multilateral banks, development agencies and private sector organizations, designing communication strategies for complex projects.

What I keep seeing across the board is this:

Communication is often treated as an afterthought; a tool to share with donors and the public what transpired.

A lot of time, energy and resources are often invested in messages and campaigns that do not actually spur action.

That’s why I started Nudge & Narrative. Here, we help organizations understand their audiences, design communication strategies and systems that support implementation, and turn complex ideas into messages people can actually use and act on.
